Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 to 75.
- Your breast cancer is HER2-positive (a specific protein that fuels cancer growth) and has spread or is locally advanced (not removable by surgery).
- You have not had any cancer treatment for the advanced stage, except possibly hormone therapy for up to one line.
- If you had earlier treatment to prevent recurrence, at least 12 months passed before the cancer came back.
- You are physically active (able to do light work) and your organs are functioning well.
- You agree to use effective birth control if you can become pregnant and not breastfeed during the study.
