Empagliflozin for chronic low blood sodium in certain fluid states

This trial studies whether empagliflozin, a blood-sugar–related medicine, can safely improve chronic low blood sodium when you are not too “dry” or have an imbalanced fluid state. It may help stabilize sodium levels and related health symptoms, but you must meet specific blood and organ-function criteria.
