Who can take part
- You are between 75 and 89 years old.
- You have chest discomfort (angina) triggered by activity or stress, which gets better with rest or nitroglycerin, and standard Western medicine hasn't helped enough.
- You have at least two heart arteries with significant blockage (over 50%), and you either can't have or have already had partial angioplasty/stents with some blockage remaining.
- Your traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis is either qi stagnation with blood stasis or qi deficiency with blood stasis.
- You can communicate well and are willing to sign a consent form.
