Who can take part
- You are 60 years or older
- You recently had a heart attack and your blood pressure and heart rate have been stable for at least 24 hours
- You have been diagnosed with narrowing of arteries in your brain or neck (at least 50% blockage), or have had a prior stroke or mini-stroke
- You have symptoms of "fire-heat syndrome" as assessed by your doctor, such as a red tongue, yellow coating, constipation, fever, or feeling irritable
