Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and have been diagnosed with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, transformed follicular lymphoma, or double-hit lymphoma.
- You are scheduled to receive Yescarta (CAR T-cell therapy) and have recovered from side effects of earlier cancer treatments (except hair loss).
- In the last 90 days, you have been given at least one high-risk antibiotic (like meropenem, cefepime, vancomycin, or metronidazole).
- You are able to carry out daily activities with minimal help (Karnofsky performance status of 60 or higher).
- You do not have serious bowel problems, severe food allergies, trouble swallowing capsules, or a history of substance abuse that could interfere with the study.
