Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have either B-cell lymphoma scheduled for CAR-T therapy (Cohort A) or AML or high-risk MDS with a reduced-intensity stem cell transplant donor available (Cohort B).
- You are in generally good health (ECOG 0-1) and expected to live more than 6 months.
- Your blood counts (hemoglobin, platelets, neutrophils) are adequate without needing recent transfusions or growth factor support.
- Your liver and kidney function are within acceptable ranges as determined by blood tests.
- You do not have an active infection, inflammatory bowel disease, or a history of intestinal perforation.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, and agree to use effective contraception if applicable.
