Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old and have B-cell lymphoma (a type of blood cancer).
  • You are scheduled to receive a CAR T-cell therapy called axicabtagene ciloleucel (YesCAR T).
  • You have received strong antibiotics for at least 2 days in the past 6 months (like meropenem, cefepime, or metronidazole).
  • You are in fairly good health (able to care for yourself, up and about more than half the day).
  • Your liver and kidneys are working well enough, and your blood counts are stable enough for a fecal enema.
