Who can take part
- You have colorectal cancer that has spread to your liver (and possibly small spots in your lungs, but not elsewhere).
- You are about to start, are within 3 months of starting, or have finished chemotherapy within the last month.
- You have at least one liver tumor that cannot be completely removed by surgery or ablation.
- You are age 18 or older.
- You are healthy enough to tolerate general anesthesia and do not have severe liver damage (Childs C cirrhosis).
- Your blood cell counts are adequate (WBC above 3,000 and neutrophils above 1,500).
