  • You are 18 or older
  • You have HPV-related throat cancer (oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma)
  • You are able to have transoral robotic surgery (TORS) to remove the tumor
  • You have not smoked cigarettes in the last month
  • You are willing to have blood tests for TTMV-HPV DNA before and after surgery
