Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 20 and 40 years old.
  • You are not pregnant and it has been at least a year since giving birth.
  • You do not have a connective tissue disease (like Marfan syndrome or brittle bone disease).
  • You do not have a nerve or brain disease (like multiple sclerosis).
  • You are not a competitive athlete or regularly do flexibility training.
  • You are not obese (BMI over 30).
