Who can take part
- Have moderate loose joints (Beighton score 3–4) or severe loose joints (Beighton score 5–9) on exam
- No obesity: BMI must be 25 or less and weight must be 90 kg or less
- Do not take part in competitive sports
- No major complex problems from spine/leg orthopedic conditions, certain nerve issues (like spasticity or stroke), or cancer history
- Be able to stand and walk normally (not unable due to blood-pressure/orthostatic or walking problems)
