Who can take part

  • You have one of these cancers: non-small cell lung cancer, small cell lung cancer, endometrial cancer, or triple negative breast cancer.
  • You have tried all standard treatments for your cancer, or you are refusing the next best standard treatment, or there is no standard treatment available.
  • You are able to take care of yourself (day-to-day activities) with little or no help (ECOG score of 0 or 1).
  • If you are in certain groups, your tumor must be measurable on scans.
  • You have not had a specific type of targeted therapy called a PTK7 antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) with a topoisomerase I inhibitor before.
  • You do not have serious ongoing side effects from past treatments, uncontrolled brain metastases, active infections, heart problems, or a history of lung inflammation.
