Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 69 years old.
  • You have newly diagnosed glioblastoma and have completed standard chemoradiation (radiation and temozolomide together).
  • At least 80% of your tumor was surgically removed (not just a biopsy).
  • Your overall health status (Karnofsky score) is 60 or higher, meaning you can care for most daily needs.
  • Your blood counts and liver/kidney function must be within certain safe ranges (checked by a blood test).
  • You must agree to use highly effective birth control if you or your partner could become pregnant, for the duration of the study and 3 months after the last dose.
