  • You are between 18 and 25 years old.
  • Your height is between 160 and 180 cm (about 5'3" to 5'11").
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 24.99.
  • Your foot length is between 23.3 and 28.0 cm (about size 6.5 to 10.5 US).
  • You have never used a heel lift insole before.
  • You have no pain or problems moving your legs, hips, or back normally.
