Who can take part

  • Be 18 years or older.
  • Have a diagnosis of pancreatic, bile duct, duodenal, ampullary, ovarian, kidney, or bladder cancer that can be surgically removed.
  • Be considered frail or pre-frail (a measure of physical vulnerability).
  • Be willing to follow a prehabilitation program that includes special protein supplements and exercise.
  • Have access to a smartphone (yours or a caregiver's) and speak and read English.
