WGc0201 for chronic hepatitis B

Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 65 years old
  • You have had hepatitis B for more than 6 months (HBsAg positive) and are currently taking a nucleoside analog antiviral pill like tenofovir or entecavir
  • Your hepatitis B virus level (HBV-DNA) is under 100 IU/mL and your HBsAg level is below 1500 IU/mL
  • You are not co-infected with HIV or hepatitis D, and do not have advanced liver scarring (cirrhosis) or liver failure
  • You have no serious heart, lung, kidney, autoimmune, or other major diseases, and no history of liver cancer or organ transplant (except cornea or hair)
