Who can take part

  • Your tooth must be either root-filled (devitalized) or still alive (vital) but has lost part of its top surface (tubercle).
  • You must be in good general health (ASA I).
  • Your tooth must not have an infection at the root tip (periapical lesion).
  • You must not have a jaw joint problem (TMD), severe teeth grinding (bruxism), or gum disease (periodontal disease).
  • Your vital teeth must not hurt now (symptomatic).
