Bladder-sparing therapy for high-risk non-muscle invasive bladder cancer

Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC), including high-grade or widespread types (Ta, Tis, T1).
  • You have had at least two recurrences after surgery, or you could not tolerate or did not respond to intravesical therapy (like BCG).
  • You have chosen to avoid bladder removal and want to try bladder-sparing therapy (TMT).
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your overall health status is good enough for chemoradiotherapy (your doctor will check blood counts, liver and kidney function).

Toripalimab and BCG for high-risk bladder cancer
