Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with bladder cancer that has grown into the muscle layer of the bladder (stage T2 to T4a) but has not spread to faraway organs.
- You have already received a treatment before your bladder-sparing therapy, such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC).
- You are 18 years old or older and willing to sign a consent form to participate.
- Your overall health is good enough for chemoradiotherapy, as shown by blood tests and kidney/liver function.
- You do not have other active cancers, severe heart problems, or a history of radiation to the pelvis.
