Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your cancer must have spread to other parts of the body and be HER2-positive, with no mutations in the KRAS, NRAS, or BRAF genes.
  • You must have tried and not responded to at least one prior chemotherapy that included fluorouracil, oxaliplatin, and irinotecan.
  • You must be in generally good health (able to do daily activities, with adequate organ function).
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
