Who can take part

  • You are scheduled for a stem cell transplant in the adult transplant unit.
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You can walk, cooperate, and are stable enough to participate.
  • You do not have a past history of bone, nerve, heart, or lung problems (like asthma or COPD).
  • You do not have an active infection or conditions like bleeding, low blood counts, or fever.
