  • You are between 18 and 90 years old.
  • You are not pregnant.
  • You are being evaluated for a heart transplant or are on the waitlist at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
  • You have a computer, tablet, or other device with stable internet for telehealth sessions.
  • You are willing to do testing and complete an exercise training program.
