Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old and of Chinese background.
  • You have a BMI of 23 or higher and a waist size over 80 cm (women) or 90 cm (men).
  • Your weight has been stable for the past 3 months without major changes.
  • You exercise less than 150 minutes of moderate activity (like brisk walking) or 75 minutes of vigorous activity (like running) per week.
  • You usually eat over a period of more than 12 hours each day.
  • You are either a morning person or a night person (not in between).
