Who can take part

  • You are a licensed physical therapist currently working with patients.
  • You are between 27 and 40 years old.
  • You have at least one year of clinical experience or regular physical activity.
  • You have no current shoulder pain or symptoms.
  • You have not had a shoulder or neck injury in the last month.
  • You have never had surgery on your upper body.
