Who can take part
- You have had shoulder pain for at least 1 month.
- Your shoulder blade moves in an abnormal way (scapular dyskinesia).
- You can raise your arm at least 120 degrees.
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have not had any shoulder treatments (like physical therapy or injections) in the last 6 months.
