  • You are over 18 years old.
  • You have moderate or severe heart valve disease in at least one valve (aortic, mitral, or tricuspid).
  • You had an echocardiogram (heart ultrasound) at least two times between January 2010 and December 2020.
  • Your echocardiogram images were clear enough to be used for the study.
  • You did not stop coming to follow-up visits.
