- You are 65 years old or older.
- You are a woman.
- You are already part of the PReGe program.
- You have not had surgery on your belly or legs in the last 6 months.
- You do not have metal implants or prostheses in your thigh or belly area.
- You do not have a neuromuscular disease like advanced Parkinson's or muscle disease.
- You do not have a condition that prevents you from walking or doing simple physical tests.
- You have not lost more than 5 kilograms (about 11 pounds) unintentionally in the last month.
- You do not have an active belly hernia or severe separation of belly muscles.
