  • You have been diagnosed with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC).
  • Your overall physical condition is good, with an ECOG score of 0 or 1 (meaning you can do all or most daily activities without help).
  • You are about to receive immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy for the first time and have never had chemotherapy before.
  • You have complete clinical samples (like blood and tissue) and follow-up information available.
