Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have had a stem cell transplant from a donor (like a matched unrelated donor or a half-matched donor).
- You have been diagnosed with moderate to severe graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD) within 100 days after your transplant.
- Your aGVHD did not respond well to steroids (for example, it got worse after 3 days, didn't improve after 7 days, didn't go away after 14 days, or came back when lowering the steroid dose).
- You have not had more than one stem cell transplant, and you have not received any other treatments for aGVHD besides steroids.
