Who can take part
- Age 14–65 and had an allogeneic stem cell or bone marrow transplant
- Diagnosed with acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD) affecting your gut, with belly pain and diarrhea, rated grade II or higher
- Your aGVHD did not respond to steroids—either it got worse within 3 days, didn't improve within 7 days, or came back during treatment tapering
- Blood neutrophil count ≥0.5 × 10⁹/L for at least 3 consecutive days
- No other systemic drugs (besides steroids) used to treat aGVHD before this trial
- Willing to use contraception if of childbearing potential; no active uncontrolled infections, HIV, hepatitis B or C, or severe heart/lung/kidney/liver disease
