  • Must have completed a previous clinical study of HSK44459 for Behçet's disease.
  • No active major organ problems from Behçet's disease (such as in the lungs, blood vessels, stomach, brain, or eyes).
  • No serious side effects related to HSK44459 in the prior study.
  • No current hepatitis B or C infection.
