Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with Behçet's disease and have had at least 3 episodes of mouth ulcers in the past year, with at least 2 mouth ulcers present during screening.
  • You have previously received treatment for Behçet's disease and are eligible for systemic therapy for mouth ulcers.
  • You do not have active involvement of major organs (like lungs, brain, eyes, stomach, or blood vessels) from Behçet's disease that would need strong immune-suppressing treatment.
  • You have not used certain immune-suppressing medications (e.g., colchicine, tofacitinib, methotrexate, biologics) or strong drug-interacting medications within specific time windows before the trial starts.
  • Your lab test results (like kidney function, liver function, and blood counts) meet the trial's safety limits.
