  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have served in the military.
  • You have had at least one mild concussion (also called mild traumatic brain injury) that happened over a year ago.
  • You still have significant concussion symptoms, like headaches, dizziness, or memory problems.
  • You currently have trouble sleeping.
  • You speak and understand English fluently.
