Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR NK cells) that targets a protein called CD70 on kidney cancer cells. It's for people with advanced clear cell kidney cancer that hasn't responded to standard treatments.

Who can take part

  • You must have clear cell kidney cancer that has spread and cannot be removed with surgery.
  • Your cancer must have stopped responding to at least one immunotherapy and one targeted therapy (like Sutent).
  • A biopsy of your tumor must show that at least 10% of cancer cells have a protein called CD70.
  • You must be 18 or older, weigh at least 88 pounds (40 kg), and be in fairly good health (able to do daily activities).

LNK001 for Advanced Kidney Cancer After Prior Treatments

This Phase 1 trial tests a new cell therapy called LNK001 in patients with advanced clear-cell kidney cancer that has progressed despite prior immunotherapy and targeted drugs. The therapy is designed to recognize and attack cancer cells by targeting a protein called CAIX.

CAR-NKT cell therapy for advanced kidney cancer

This trial tests a new treatment using a patient's own immune cells, called CAR-NKT cells, which are designed to target and attack kidney cancer cells that have a specific marker called CD70. It may be an option for people whose clear cell kidney cancer has come back or spread after at least one prior treatment.

NCT07551349Recruiting· Phase 1/Phase 2
CAR-NK Cell Therapy for Advanced Kidney Cancer

This trial tests a new type of cell therapy (CAR-NK cells) designed to target kidney cancer that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery. The cells are engineered in the lab to recognize and attack cancer cells, and may help patients whose cancer has grown despite previous treatments.

CD70 CAR-T Cell Therapy for Advanced Kidney Cancer

This early-stage trial tests a new type of cell therapy called CD70 CAR-T for advanced kidney cancer (clear cell renal cell carcinoma) that has spread or cannot be surgically removed. The therapy uses cells from your own immune system that are genetically modified to recognize and attack cancer cells.
