Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with multiple myeloma that has come back or stopped responding to treatment, and tests show the disease is still active.
  • You have already tried at least 3 different treatments, including a proteasome inhibitor (like bortezomib), an immunomodulator (like lenalidomide), and a CD38 antibody (like daratumumab).
  • You are well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your blood tests meet certain safety levels (checked by the study doctor).
  • You do not have myeloma in the brain or spinal cord, or other related plasma cell disorders like Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia or amyloidosis.
  • You do not have a serious infection needing antibiotics, and you are not taking daily steroids.
