Movement control therapy for back and leg pain

Who can take part

  • You are between 35 and 50 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is under 30.
  • You have had low back pain for at least 3 months that also shoots into your leg (sciatica).
  • An MRI has confirmed a slipped disc at the L4-L5 or L5-S1 area causing the leg symptoms.
  • You have not had any prior spine surgery.
  • You are able to understand and follow instructions without major memory or thinking problems.
