Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You must have ALS that started with limb weakness and have a confirmed FUS gene mutation.
  • Your lung function must be at least 50% of what is expected for your age and size.
  • You must not have used the drug Ulefnersen before or now.
  • You must not have certain FUS mutations in a small part of the gene (nucleotides 928-970).
