Who can take part

  • You must have extensive-stage small cell lung cancer that hasn't been treated yet.
  • You should be at least 18 years old, with a life expectancy of 3 months or more.
  • Your general health should be good enough to do normal daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You cannot have had prior chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or radiation for this cancer.
  • You must be willing to provide a tumor sample (or have one available) and have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • Your blood tests must show adequate organ function, and you cannot have certain active infections, autoimmune diseases, or severe heart problems.
