Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- You have a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer that tests positive for a change in the ROS1 gene.
- Your lung cancer has spread to your brain, and the brain tumors have not been treated with radiation or surgery yet.
- You can be new to treatment or have had only one prior chemotherapy treatment.
- You do not have major health problems with your blood, liver, kidneys, or pancreas.
- You are in generally good health (able to handle daily activities) and expected to live at least 12 weeks.
