Who can take part
- You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (stage IIIb/IIIc or stage IV) that cannot be cured with surgery or standard radiation/chemotherapy
- Your cancer is ALK-positive (confirmed by a standard lab test)
- You are currently being treated with or are about to start treatment with lorlatinib
- You are 18 years or older
- You do not have severe or uncontrolled health problems like high blood pressure, active infections (hepatitis B, C, or HIV), or serious infections
- You have not had another type of cancer that required treatment while on lorlatinib
