Vancomycin and kidney injury study for children with sepsis

Who can take part

  • Your child is between 1 month and 18 years old
  • Your child weighs between 5 and 50 kilograms (about 11 to 110 pounds)
  • Your child needs vancomycin for at least 48 hours
  • Your child is in the intensive care unit with confirmed or suspected sepsis
  • Your child has breathing problems (on a ventilator) or low blood pressure needing medication due to sepsis
