Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have breast cancer that is stage II or III (not spread to distant organs)
  • Your cancer is hormone receptor positive (especially estrogen receptor positive, with >20% cells staining) and HER2 negative
  • Your doctor recommends chemotherapy as part of your treatment plan
  • You have not had any treatment yet for this breast cancer
  • You are willing and able to take pills by mouth and follow study visits
