Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with medulloblastoma or another similar type of brain tumor that has come back or not responded to treatment.
  • Your tumor cells tested positive for a protein called GPC2.
  • You are between 12 months and 30 years old.
  • You have disease that can be measured on scans or in spinal fluid.
  • Your organs (kidneys, liver, heart, lungs) and bone marrow are working well enough.
  • You are not pregnant, and if you could have children, you agree to use birth control during the study.
