Who can take part
- You must be between 2 and 21 years old.
- You must have a type of brain or spinal cord tumor called an embryonal tumor (like medulloblastoma, ATRT, ETMR, or pineoblastoma) or a type of ependymoma that has come back after standard treatment.
- Your tumor must have a specific marker called B7-H3 on its surface, which will be checked from a prior biopsy or surgery sample.
- You must have some tumor visible on an MRI scan (even if small) and be well enough to have a Karnofsky or Lansky performance score of 60% or higher.
- You must have recovered from side effects of previous treatments, and there must be a 2-4 week gap since your last chemotherapy, radiation, or other cancer therapy.
- You cannot have a large tumor that causes brain swelling or other serious health issues, and you must not be on high-dose steroids.
