  • You are between 18 and 35 years old
  • You have had a problem with alcohol and are in the first 12 months of recovery
  • You own a smartphone with a data plan
  • You are not currently feeling severely depressed or having thoughts of suicide
  • You are not taking medication for opioid use disorder
