Who can take part

  • You’re 18 years or older
  • You have prediabetes based on your recent blood tests (A1C, fasting glucose, and/or glucose tolerance test)
  • You’re at higher risk for diabetes, such as having obesity (BMI 30+), and/or certain blood pressure or cholesterol/triglyceride or fasting glucose results
  • You can’t already have diabetes (Type 1 or Type 2)
  • Your recent bloodwork shows adequate kidney and liver function (specific lab cutoffs) and your blood count isn’t too low
