Who can take part
- You have prediabetes, type 1 diabetes, or type 2 diabetes
- You have high cholesterol or high triglycerides
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are not taking antibiotics now or have stopped for at least 3 months
- You do not have serious liver, kidney, thyroid, or chronic stomach issues
