Who can take part

  • You are between 19 and 35 years old, or 65 or older
  • You can understand and speak English
  • Your BMI is between 18 and 32
  • You are not a current smoker or nicotine user
  • You do not have uncontrolled heart, muscle, metabolic, or nerve conditions, diabetes, bleeding disorders, or cancer treated in the past year
  • You are moderately active (150–300 minutes per week) and not training for high-level sport
