  • You are between 18 and 35 years old
  • You have regular menstrual cycles (every 24 to 35 days)
  • You either plan to start testosterone therapy or are a cisgender woman not on hormones
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain health conditions
  • You are not taking hormone medications like birth control or androgens
