Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must already be signed up for the main CS Reducer HFpEF study (IRB number 25-002292).
  • You cannot have any metal implants that would make an MRI unsafe.
  • You must be able and willing to give written informed consent.
  • You have been diagnosed with heart failure with preserved pumping function (HFpEF) and coronary microvascular dysfunction (CMD).
